As founder and owner, Eduardo has led the business in its steady growth for 36 years. He is committed to excellence in service and client relations. Eduardo has a long association in the cleaning industry and is always available to meet his client's in meeting their property needs.

Cathy is the operations manager and is responsible for training all the staff to ensure all our client needs. In addition, Cathy has been responsible for the development of policies and procedures, which we believe place EMPIRE JANITORIAL SERVICES at the fore front of employee recruitment, training and safety. She is also responsible for all human resources and for liaising with employee groups. Part of her role is to ensure corporate compliance.
