I will never forget taking out the trash with a flashlight during the 2003 Blackout. Many of our clients told us not to come in but the ones that did not were quite surprised to see their office clean after the power was restored.

Make sure you know how your cleaners will handle inclement weather. Many cleaners might not show for a couple snowflakes. We have been lucky for the past couple of years with mild winters but you never know what mother nature will bring.
